General
In principle, as a maker of the photograph, the photographer has the copyright. This gives the photographer the exclusive right to exploit the work. In other words, the photographer decides if the work can be made public and/or multiplied. The copyright also gives the photographer some moral rights like the right to have name indication accompanying the photograph. Authorization of the photographer for publication or multiplying a photograph is therefore at all times necessary.

All photographs and other works under the management of `www.pixelbalance.eu' and placed elsewhere on the Internet by the owner (for example on forums) remain property of the photographer and are copyrighted. It is therefore, in any form, not permitted to change, distribute, copy or to use the work elsewhere without the explicit authorization of the owner.

Directly linking photos to other websites (deeplinking) neither is permitted.

If you would like to use a photograph which is under the management of `www.pixelbalance.eu' and/or placed elsewhere on the Internet, then contact the photographer and clearly state which photo you would like to use and for what purpose you would like to use the work.

Non-commercial use
You may download a photograph only for your personal use for non-commercial purposes, but no modification or further reproduction of the photograph is permitted. The content may otherwise not be copied or used in any manner. Storing a photograph for inspiration or as a wallpaper on your computer is, if used in a non-commercial matter, therefore permitted, the copyright-text, though, must always be visible.

I would appreciate it to receive an e-mail mentioning the photograph you have used. Please send me an e-mail if you would like to use a photo for private use in a different way then is stated here.

Commercial use
If you consider my photos suitable for any form of editorial expression (meaning newspapers, illustrated magazines, websites etc.), just send me an e-mail to discuss the possibilities. The photograph may under no circumstances be changed or adapted and the copyright text and source indication must be always visible.
